Experience and Expertise

Tori Campbell, Vice President and General Manager – Ms. Campbell joined the Company in 2002. Her prior energy experience spanned nearly 11 years with Aquila Energy and Colorado Interstate Gas Company. Ms. Campbell graduated from the University of Wyoming and its honors program with a BS in Business Administration in 1991. Significant contributions to Enserco Energy and Black Hills Corporation include support of Black Hills Exploration & Production’s oil and gas marketing, growth in non-affiliated producer services’ gross margin and the formation of Enserco’s successful crude oil producer services and marketing business. Ms. Campbell is a founding member of Black Hills Corporation’s Diversity Council. She lives in Denver with her husband.

Cole Stanley, Vice President, Natural Gas Wholesale Trading and Producer Services – Following his graduation from Texas A&M University in 1995, Mr. Stanley began his career in the oil and gas industry, working for GulfSouth Pipeline (formerly Koch Gateway Pipeline) followed by Western Gas Resources trading the South, Mid-Continent and Rockies regions over the course of six years. In 2006, he joined Enserco as part of the Producer Services team. He and his wife, and their two young children make their home in Littleton.

Jeff Price, Managing Director, Coal Sales & Marketing – Mr. Price is responsible for all aspects of trading and marketing for the Company's coal commodities.  Prior to Enserco, Mr. Price was Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for EDF Trading, formerly Lehman Brothers Inc.  Mr. Price has over 20 years of energy commodity trading and marketing experience ranging from production to end-use for uranium, power, natural gas and coal.   He has worked for various supply companies including Rio Tinto, Plc, International Uranium Corporation, Western Gas Resources and Energy Fuels as part of NUEXCO, Inc.  His major activities include strategy development and delivery, investment opportunity generation, and value creation for sales, marketing, pricing, logistics and customer service.  He has also worked for a number of utilities and industrials such as Black Hills Power, Commonwealth Edison and Level (3).  His major activities included managing procurement, cost control and power management and delivery for 11 industrials.  Mr. Price also has an extensive trading background that includes derivative and financial products in the OTC and NYMEX, financial and basis swaps, spread trades and options.  Mr. Price has an MBA from the University Of Denver Daniels College Of Business.

Kyle Smith, Managing Director, Power and Environmental Marketing and Trading – Mr. Smith joined Enserco in December of 2010 with almost 30 years of extensive experience in the Energy industry.  Over the past twelve years he has managed his own individual book and a talented team of traders/marketers has led to continued success in the electricity markets (primarily in WECC, MISO, SPP, and PJM) and environmental products (REC’s, Carbon, etc..) for both Integrys Energy Services, Inc. and Xcel Energy.  Prior to that Mr. Smith traded crude oil and natural gas, both financial and physical products across the world, for ARCO Oil and Gas Company.   Prior to his trading career, Mr. Smith was a Petroleum Engineer with ARCO Oil and Gas, Resources Investment Corporation and Bass Enterprises.  Mr. Smith has a BS in Petroleum Engineering from Colorado School of Mines. 

Brian O’Shea, Controller – Mr. O’Shea joined Enserco Energy in 2002 as Controller. Prior to Enserco Energy, he held various financial reporting positions with Katy Industries, Inc., and Echo Bay Mines, Ltd and an auditing position at Deloitte & Touche LLP. Mr. O’Shea is a graduate of the University of Colorado with a BS in Accounting received in 1996.

Cindi Doeschot, Managing Director of Energy Risk Management, Black Hills Corporation – Ms. Doeschot joined Enserco Energy/Black Hills Corporation in 2009 as Managing Director of Operations. Ms. Doeschot previously served as Director of Energy Operations at Citadel Investment Group, V.P. of Gas Operations for Aquila, Inc., as well as other roles within the Aquila organization.

Jason Keil, Credit Manager, Black Hills Corporation - Mr. Keil joined Enserco / Black Hills Corporation in 2009. Mr. Keil holds a B.S. in Accounting and a M.B.A. with a concentration in Finance from Bellevue University. Mr. Keil previously held positions responsible for the overall direction setting and management of credit risk functions at IDACORP, Inc., Minnesota Power and ConAgra Trade Group. The Keil family resides in Littleton.
